Before the day - the pre-wedding shoot

For many people being photographed does not come naturally to them. In fact, to many it is one of the things that they dread about their day.

For this reason, about 3 months before the wedding Nicky will meet with you to talk about how your plans are going and to carry out a free pre-wedding shoot. This shoot is carried out at your own home or favourite location and is all about having fun.  You might want to include other members of your family such as your children or your pets and this is fine too. It gives you an opportunity to establish a relationship with Nicky before the wedding, getting to know how she shoots but more importantly it gives you time to get used to being photographed.

From this shoot Nicky offers you the opportunity to purchase one of the images in a special mount that can be displayed at your wedding as a sign board.  The mount is wide enough for all your guests to sign making it a lovely keepsake of your day - a great alternative to the traditional guest book.

You are also welcome to purchase any other images from the shoot as gifts for family and friends, or as framed images for your own home. Why not get a couple of images framed and give them to your parents on your wedding day - different to the traditional bunch of flowers and much longer lasting too.
